Product Overview:

This product is a water-based composite adhesive, specifically designed for BOPP, PET, PE and other flexible materials for reverse printing and composite technology development, suitable for food, pharmaceuticals, and daily chemical industries with strict requirements for soft packaging retention.

Core Advantages:

Environmental water-based system: uses water and ethylene glycol to replace 90% or more of harmful solvents, extremely low VOC emissions, ensuring operator health, and meeting clean production requirements.

Attached Performance Advantages: Designed with special wood fiber matching method, for BOPP/PET/PE flexible films (surface tension ≥38-42 dynes), it has excellent moisture resistance and attached strength, high composite strength.

High-speed printing adaptability: supports 80-300 meters/minute printing speed, no need to modify existing adhesive equipment, can directly replace solvent-based adhesives.

Composite method flexibility: suitable for solvent-free composites, dry composite and water-based soft composite and other multiple technologies, good compatibility.

Color display strength: low viscosity, high color concentration, printing dot clarity, color saturation and high gloss, layer feeling rich.

Compliance and safety: complies with GB/T 26394 standards, passes RoHS, REACH testing, meets FDA food contact material requirements.
