HuiZhou StarColor Water Based Ink

Product Overview:

This product is a hydrophilic coating ink, specifically designed for thin film printing technology development, suitable for BOPP, PET, PE, and other non-absorbent base materials for surface printing. The ink does not undergo combined coverage after printing, hence the adhesion, anti-blocking, and high grinding requirements for the substrate are extremely high. This product achieves the best core performance indicators through special resin systems and auxiliary matching, presenting two performance indicators—anti-blocking after drying, and no blocking during storage.

Core Advantages:

Excellent adhesion performance: Utilizing high Tg resin systems, high film strength, strong anti-blocking capability, the printed product is not easily damaged during subsequent cutting, packaging, and transportation, meeting post-processing requirements.

Outstanding anti-blocking performance: Special anti-blocking matching design, the printed product does not mutually block or reverse block, suitable for high-speed collection and long-term storage.

Environmental protection system: With water/ethanol as the main solvent, VOC content is less than 30%, does not contain harmful solvents, has no peculiar smell, complies with food, pharmaceutical, and packaging environmental protection requirements.

Attached Strength: For BOPP (≥38 g/m²), PET (≥42 g/m²), PE (≥40 g/m²) and other thin films have excellent attached strength, the substrate does not fall off.

Color Presentation Ability: High color saturation, high gloss, good transferability, clear printing points, rich color density.

Printing Adaptability: Support 50-180 m/min printing speed, low viscosity high solid content design, non-foaming, non-skinning, suitable for thin film rotary printing.
